Appointments are difficult/ impossible to get with doctors. I needed a referral to BUPA but a doctor persuaded me not to go and sent me for an Xray. It was a waste of time and I had to come back again. BUPA then gave me a form to complete but the receptionist I gave it to was very rude. It was done in the end but one more complicated for everyone.
